Scope
This policy covers this website. It does not cover data that clinics process inside the SmartClinic application, which is governed by the agreements with each clinic.
What we collect
When you send the demo or contact form we receive the details you enter: name, email, clinic name and, if provided, specialty, country or region, preferred contact method, phone number and message.
To prevent abuse we also store a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself), a shortened browser identifier, the page you used and your language.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and to protect the forms from spam and abuse.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. It remembers your language choice in your browser's local storage. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a database with our backend provider, Supabase, in a project separate from clinic data.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as we need them to reply and follow up. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
To access, correct or delete your details, contact us through the contact form and mention the email address you used.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date.
